Classic HAL Tizio lamps by Richard Sapper for Artemide Italy. Two available.

The Artemide Tizio lamp is a modern design marvel that combines aesthetic and functional balance with innovative technology. It was designed by Richard Sapper in 1972 and has become an icon of Italian design. The lamp has two counterweights that allow the user to direct the light at will, without any wires or cords. The arms of the lamp conduct electricity to the bulb. The lamp also has a small reflector that provides highly concentrated light. The Artemide Tizio lamp is available in three different sizes – this pair is in the 'Classic' size which is the largest of the three and features a halogen bulb with red on/off switch. Made in Milan.
